- We provide packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services only. Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work are not included.
- All transportation charges are based on current market rates and may vary depending on distance, volume, and service requirements.
- We take utmost care in handling your goods; however, we are not liable for damages caused due to natural calamities, accidents, fire, theft, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- We strongly recommend customers opt for insurance coverage to protect their goods against any potential risk during transit. Insurance charges are applicable as per policy terms.
- To confirm your booking, a 10% advance payment is required. 80% of the total amount must be paid at the time of loading, and the remaining 10% before unloading at the destination.
- Our pricing includes standard packing materials. Any special packing requirements such as wooden packing will be charged additionally.
- Customers are requested to inform us at least 3–5 days in advance to schedule packing and relocation services smoothly.
- For vehicle transportation, it is recommended to keep a minimum of 10 liters of fuel in the vehicle.
- We are not responsible for valuables such as cash, jewelry, or important documents. Customers are advised to keep such items with them.
- Storage facilities are available on request at additional charges based on duration and space required.
- Delayed payments beyond the agreed time may attract additional charges or interest as per company policy.
- By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
